Refund Policy

At Flo-Deco, we strive for satisfied customers and long-term partnerships. Returns are possible upon consultation, but only for undamaged, unused products in their original packaging. Please submit return requests within 7 days of delivery by email, including your order number.

After approval of the return, we will refund the agreed-upon amount to the original payment method within 14 days, unless otherwise agreed. Returns without prior notification will not be processed.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there is an error or defect on our part.
